The noise levels leaked through into my room, making it difficult to relax!!! Dirty carpets and outdated decor do not meet expectations for a hotel of this status. The rooms felt a bit cramped, limiting comfort and convenience.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved taking a speedboat ride on the Thames for some adrenaline and visiting Wimbledon, which was a fantastic experience. Hotel is in a perfect spot, close to everything, and the staff was super helpful. Breakfast was great too.
However, the shower in our room didn't work properly even after reporting it, which was a bit frustrating.
